Because life is all questions and few answers. lucymoose. doing our bit to redress the balance...

How long does it take to make a stuffyourdoodle?
Between 2 and 10 days, but there is a waiting list. We ask that you give us 4-6 weeks to return your stuffed figure - though you'll probably get it sooner. The process is time-consuming because every item is sewn by hand (and hoof) in our studios in Scotland. We do not have a production line in Asia - it's all done here, by our small but expert team of moose!

Can i speed things up?
Yes, if you have a specific deadline such as a birthday or wedding, we can prioritise your order. However, if we are busy, we may charge more to get it done by the date you request.

Go on then, how much?
There is no fixed price. The whole point is that every doodle is different. Send us your doodle and we will give you a price. The cost is affected by how complex the figure is, e.g. number of limbs, strands of hair, tentacles, etc. We promise to stick by the quoted price - even if it takes longer than planned.

How do I pay?
If you have a PayPal account we can take regular account payments through PayPal. Alternatively, we will accept cheques - however, because the figures take time to make and they are unique to you, we will request that you post a cheque prior to us dispatching your stuffyourdoodle - or, you could do it the old fashioned way and cross our hoof with silver! We also accept payment in British pound sterling (GBP).

How will my stuffyourdoodle be delivered to me?
Shipping is via global priority international shipping. We ship to most destinations in the world (and elsewhere). If your country is not serviced by global priority mail, you will receive your items via regular airmail. Here's the small print (which we have cunningly kept at the same size!):

  • International P&P is from £8 sterling and up (depending on item size).
  • Domestic P&P is normally £5 sterling. Large items and larger orders may incur additional fees (which we will notify you of prior to shipping).

Priority mail delivery is only available upon request – contact the moose if you need priority/expedited shipping or, why not pop over to see us at moosecentral and take delivery personally!

Why don't you call them stuffed toys?
Because stuffyourdoodles are not toys. We know they are cute and colourful, and often designed by children, but they are not made to be toys. We sell them as collectibles or personalised keepsakes.

What does lucymoose look like?
